You might’ve seen Vtopian Artisan Cheeses around at the farmer’s market and in local retailers, but since opening their specialty vegan cheese shop SE Gladstone in Portland, Oregon. They have now moved to Grand Ave in a much bigger space for their cheese and also, their new resident restaurant, Adellada. A lounge offering freshly made pasta and cocktails using local, organic, and foraged ingredients.

The vegan cheese you’ll find here are not your processed soy cheese. Vtopian’s cheese are made in small batches, using fermentation techniques to create one-of-a-kind cheese with fair-trade cashews. The best part? It is all cholesterol-free and is even high in magnesium and rich in protein and iron.
